EEAC will present a special two-day seminar on compliance issues that arise under the federal Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
This seminar will discuss the requirements of each of these laws, analyze how they have been interpreted by the courts in practice, and how these court decisions can be applied to ADA/FMLA issues that typically arise within a large company.
